Pavoclinus profundus, known commonly as the Deepwater klipfish in South Africa,[1] is a species of clinid in the genus Pavoclinus.[2] It is a subtropical blenny found from Knysna to Algoa Bay in South Africa, in the southeastern Atlantic Ocean.[2] It was named by J.L.B. Smith in 1961,[3] and can reach a maximum length of 5 centimetres.[2]
